General Terms And Conditions

These Terms And Conditions explain how players in The Gambia use Bwinners. The rules apply to account access, sports betting, casino games, live casino, fast games, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals and customer support.

BWinners is available only to players aged 18 plus. By creating an account or using the platform, each player confirms that the account is personal, the information is correct and the activity follows the rules that apply to the player.

1. Account Rules

2. Player Responsibility

The player is responsible for using Bwinners legally and safely. The player must make sure that personal details, payment details and account activity are correct. Bwinners may restrict access where account data, payment activity or platform use creates security or compliance concerns.

3. Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets are accepted only after confirmation in the bet slip. Odds can change before confirmation, especially when a match is close to starting or already live. If odds change before the bet is accepted, the player may need to confirm the updated price.

Live betting can include a short delay before acceptance. This delay protects market integrity when goals, cards, injuries, substitutions or other match events happen quickly.

4. Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled according to official results from recognised sources. If a result is corrected by the official source, the settlement may also be corrected.

A bet may be voided when an event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the allowed period, priced incorrectly, affected by a technical error or placed on a market with wrong information.

11. Account Closure

A player may request account closure through support. Before closure, the player should review active bets, pending withdrawals, bonuses and account balance. Some records may be kept where required for payment, security, dispute handling or compliance reasons.
